This year, the TGGS Open House 2017 took place from 29-30 March 2017 at TGGS Building, KMUTNB. It offered students and professionals in engineering help and information to decide on their next career step through several activities.

The Open House 2017 began at 10.00 Hrs. with the Opening Remarks of Asst. Prof. Dr. Monpilai Narasingha, TGGS Dean, and a little speech from Prof. Dr.-Ing. em. Edmund Haberstroh, RWTH Rector Delegate to TGGS, RWTH Aachen University, Germany.
At 10.20 hrs., Dr.-ing. Alex Brezing, RWTH-DAAD-TGGS Lecturer and Researcher introduced about the information of Mechanical Engineering Simulation and Design Program (MESD) and interviewed with MESD Student in their Classroom.
At 11.00 hrs., Assoc. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Nisai Fuengwarodsakul, Lecturer and Researcher of Electrical Power and Energy Engineering Program (EPE) introduced EPE Program, Laboratory and R&D projects and at 11.20 am, Asst. Prof. Dr. Soamsiri Chantaraskul, Lecturer and Researcher of Communications Engineering Program(CE) introduced about the information of CE Program, Laboratory and met the researchers and CE students.
At 11.40 hrs., Asst. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Piyada Suwanpinij and Asst. Prof. Dr. Yingyot Aueulan, Lecturer and Researcher of Materials and Production Engineering Program (MPE) and students introduced about the information of MPE Program and Laboratory .
In the afternoon started at 13.00 hrs. with the Introduction to the Company R&D Center and Facilitation Center (CRDC-FC) at TGGS and visited two workshops on "Soft Skills" ("Character Building" and "Team Building") for the participators of the UIE "University Industrial Engineering Camp" by CRDC-FC staff.
At 13.30 hrs., Mr. Alongkorn Namahoot, Managing Director of the Thai High-Tech company ACZEPT introduced ACZEPT Technology, a high tech company who have a lab at CRDC, TGGS.
At 14.00 hrs., Mr. Kittisak Surapongraktrakul, Senior Application Engineer at the German SCHAEFFLER Group and TGGS graduate introduced SCHAEFFLER Group, a company who have a lab at CRDC, TGGS.

The 2nd day of the Open House 2017 began at 10.00 Hrs. with the Greetings from the German Embassy by Mr. Jan Blezinger, Head of Press and Cultural Section, German Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand.
At 10.30 hrs., Dr.-ing. Alex Brezing, RWTH-DAAD-TGGS Lecturer and Researcher introduced DAAD Information Centre Bangkok with Dr. Georg Verweyen, Director of the DAAD Information Centre Bangkok DAAD Information Centre Bangkok and DAAD staffs. After that he visited Goethe Institut Thailand and introduced Goethe Institut Thailand by Dr. Hans-Dieter Dräxler, Director of Goethe Institut Thailand and talked with Goethe Institut Thailand staff.
At 11.00 hrs., Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaiyod Pirak, Assistant to the Dean for Industrial Collaborations, Lecturer and Researcher of Communications Engineering Program (CE) introduced the brand-new Smart-Grid Master Engineering Program.
At 13.00 hrs., Asst. Prof. Dr. Suksun Amornraksa and Asst. Prof. Dr. Unalome Wetwatana, Lecturer and Researcher of Chemical and Process Engineering Program (CPE) and students introduced Chemical and Process Engineering Program (CPE).
At 13.20 hrs., ASAE Students showed his program test a working with a driving robot track on the Prachinburi Campus.
At 14.00 hrs., Jeff Gaudiano, Managing Director and CEO BMW Manufacturing Thailand introduced and gave the information of BMW Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
At 15.45 hrs., Asst. Prof. Dr. Tawiwan Kangsadan, TGGS Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Lecturer and Researcher of Chemical and Process Engineering Program (CPE) and Dr.-ing. Alex Brezing, RWTH-DAAD-TGGS Lecturer and Researcher said the Closing Remarks.
