Application steps

  3. Complete your application.
  4. Pay the application fee.
  5. Send your application to the TGGS Academic Affairs via e-mail.

Minimum Required Documents

  1. A complete application form with 1″x1″ photo
  2. Two Letters of Recommendations
  3. One page of the Motivation Letter
  4. Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resumé
  5. Official copy of the final transcript
  6. *The letter of degree verification (English version) is sent directly from the institution responsible for conducting the examinations or your former university’s registrar office to admissions-inter@tggs-bangkok.org *This requirement is only for those who graduate from institutions outside Thailand.
  7. Official copy of the English Proficiency test result. The English test results must be valid (not expired or canceled) on the application deadline. For the applicable English Test Results, please consult https://tggs.kmutnb.ac.th/admission-info
  8. Copy of Thai identification card (for Thai applicants) or passport (for international applicants)
  9. Proof of application fee payment (1,000 THB)
  10. (For self-support applicants) Financial statement or bank certification

For international applicants, additional important documents are required. Please consult the TGGS Application Procedure for more information on the extremely required important documents for international candidates.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT NOTE FOR “TGGS-DAAD SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS‘For both international and Thai RVIE-DAAD applicants’

TGGS DOES  NOT ACCEPT INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS. ‘Incomplete application’ refers to an application for which TGGS has not yet received ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.

The most important documents are the VALID TOEFL/IELTS test results (not expired or canceled) and the letter of degree verification.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT REMARK for those who graduate from institutions outside Thailand:

The letter of degree verification from your former university (English version)] is required to be sent directly from the institution responsible for conducting the examinations or your former university’s registrar office to admissions-inter@tggs-bangkok.org by the last date of the application submission as mentioned on the TGGS website.

What is a letter of degree verification? It is a letter of degree verification which is an email written to confirm/ensure that the applicant actually possesses all educational credentials, listed on the application, resume, or cover letter. Unlike a transcript, a verification is simply a confirmation of degrees earned.

Application Fee Payment (Bank Transfer)

Application fee*: 1,000 THB/person

Please transfer the application fee (1,000 THB + Transfer fee)** to the KMUTNB University Bank Account.

After the payment is transferred, please submit the bank transfer slip or proof of transfer to TGGS Academic Affairs along with the application documents.

  Cancellation Policy     There is NO REFUND for the cancellation fee for any program he/she has applied.

 

Important Remark:

*For THE MASTER’S DEGREE APPLICANTS who apply for THE TGGS-DAAD SCHOLARSHIP, the application fee (1,000 THB) will be paid upon acceptance to the program after the TGGS announces the scholarship offers.

**The applicants must transfer the application fee in Thai currency only (1,000 THB) and be responsible for the transfer fees themselves.
